Yes. We use a mix of genuine LEGO^® bricks and high-quality compatible parts. Our creations are independent and not affiliated with the LEGO Group.

No account is required to check out. However, creating one helps track your orders and access saved customization history.

We don’t offer live visual previews yet, but our product pages clearly show the customizable areas and available colors. You can also refer to our image gallery and examples.

Yes! All Mini Graduate figures come in a protective display-ready box. You can optionally add a printed message card at checkout.

You can personalize stole, hood, robe, and display panel colors depending on the degree type. Head, hair, and accessories are fixed and not customizable at this time.

You may enter custom text or references, but please ensure you have the rights to use any logos or protected names. We may reach out if edits are needed.

We’ll automatically use our default design, inspired by common graduation regalia standards.

If your order hasn't entered production yet (typically within 12 hours), contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

All orders ship from our studio in New York, USA.

Currently we only ship within the U.S., but feel free to contact us for special requests.

Customized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Most models ship partially assembled for safe transit. Accessories like caps or scrolls may need to be snapped into place. No tools required.

We include a QR code in the package that links to a downloadable instruction PDF. You can also find the same guide on the product page.

Avoid strong chemicals or abrasives. Gently dust with a soft cloth and store away from prolonged direct sunlight.
