Return & Refunds Policy
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
All items are made to order in our New York studio. Please allow 2–3 business days for production. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Each item is securely packed in a protective box. Custom minifigs and models come with padding and a branded insert card. Some models may arrive partially assembled for safety during transit.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brickmemory.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
1. Custom Products
Customized items are made based on the design and text you provide. Please ensure you have the right to use any names, logos, or artwork submitted. We reserve the right to decline or request edits to any content.
2. Copyright & Ownership
All original designs, printed elements, and layouts created by us remain our intellectual property. Customer-provided content remains yours, but we retain the right to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.
3. Returns & Refunds
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or not as described. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor or endorse our products. We use both official LEGO® bricks and third-party LEGO-compatible parts to create independent, fan-designed works.
