Production Time: Part is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping: Orders are shipped from New York, USA. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Tracking will be provided once your item ships.

Returns: As this is a personalized product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Many of our printed components — such as diploma tiles, display panels, or signage bricks — can be personalized with your own text. Please read the following guidelines to ensure your custom message is printed correctly:

• Character Limits: Each part has a recommended character limit, noted near the input field. Exceeding this may result in automatic line breaks or scaling.
• Fonts & Layout: Our team will format your text for optimal readability using a standard clean font. Layout adjustments may be made to fit the size of the brick.
• Language: We support English and most Latin-character languages. If you’d like to use another language or script, please contact us before ordering.
• Special Requests: If you need logos, icons, or custom formatting, please email support@brickmemory.com before purchase. Additional fees may apply.
• Proofing: We do not send digital proofs for standard text-only customizations. Please double-check spelling and formatting before submitting your order.
