Shipping: Orders are shipped from New York, USA. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Tracking will be provided once your item ships.
Returns: As this is a personalized product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customization Guide
xThis product supports optional customization for stole and hood colors. If you leave any customization fields blank, we will use our default design based on the degree type selected.
- Color Format: You can enter either color names (e.g. “navy blue”) or HEX codes (e.g. “#2F2D6D”).
- Default Design: Default versions follow traditional graduation regalia colors for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.
- Limitations: Only certain parts of the outfit are customizable. Head and hair are not included.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
